As president & CEO of Hunt Midwest, Ora Reynolds leads the full-service real estate companies with an emphasis on the ground-up development of industrial, mission critical, climate-controlled self-storage, multifamily, senior housing, and master-planned new home communities. She oversees all aspects of the Hunt entities’ existing real estate holdings while focusing on the company’s growth.
MIKE BELL | Senior Vice President – Commercial
Mike Bell leads Hunt Midwest’s commercial real estate division and is responsible for the overall growth and management of the company’s industrial leasing, property management, construction, mission critical, and development services. An architectural engineer by training, Mike has more than 27 years of experience in the construction, design, and development aspects of commercial real estate, including more than 12 years at Hunt Midwest. His duties include overseeing SubTropolis, the world’s largest underground business complex, and he was integral to the creation and continued growth of SubTropolis Technology Center.
DOUG COLEMAN | Senior Vice President – Acquisitions & Investments
Doug Coleman is responsible for creating new Hunt Midwest business platforms and growing the company’s core services, including identifying new opportunities and partners, conducting financial analyses, and overseeing all due diligence efforts. He has more than 40 years of experience in finance, acquisitions, real estate development, and management, including 30 years at Hunt Midwest. Doug has played a role in nearly every major business effort the company has undertaken over the past several decades, including the creation of SubTropolis Technology Center, and he was integral to the five-year campaign led by Hunt Midwest leadership and Kansas City civic leaders to create and pass new legislation in Missouri to incentivize data centers to locate in the state.
JEFF REDHAGE | Director – Construction Management
Jeff Redhage serves as project manager on new Hunt Midwest construction projects, including industrial build-to-suit facilities, multifamily developments, and purpose-built data center space at SubTropolis Technology Center. He has 25 years of construction experience, including more than a decade at Hunt Midwest, and has managed the construction of hyperscale data center developments across the country.
