As president & CEO of Hunt Midwest, Ora Reynolds leads the full-service real estate companies with an emphasis on the ground-up development of industrial, mission critical, climate controlled self-storage, multifamily, senior housing, and master-planned residential projects. She oversees all aspects of the Hunt entities’ existing real estate holdings while focusing on the company’s growth.
MIKE BELL | Senior Vice President – Commercial
As senior vice president of Hunt Midwest Real Estate Development, Mike Bell leads the commercial team of sales, leasing, property management, construction, mission critical and development services. He is responsible for the overall growth and management of the commercial real estate division. The newest addition to the commercial portfolio is Hunt Midwest’s mission critical campus—SubTropolis Technology Center. In the past five years, the commercial real estate division expanded SubTropolis by 1,300,000 SF, developed the 400,000 SF SubTropolis Technology Center, added 126-acres to Hunt Midwest Business Center, developed 400,000 SF of industrial spec buildings and opened 139 luxury apartments at Mission 106.
DOUG COLEMAN | Senior Vice President – Acquisitions & Investments
In his role as vice president of acquisitions and investments, Doug Coleman is responsible for business expansion which includes identifying new opportunities and relationships, completing financial analyses, and performing all due diligence activities. He has over 30 years of experience in the fields of finance, acquisitions, real estate development and management.
JEFF REDHAGE | Director – Construction Management
As director of construction management, Jeff Redhage serves as project manager on new construction projects, with a focus on build-to-suits, in the region. He also manages data center construction projects in the Hunt Midwest SubTropolis Technology Center. Jeff serves as project manager for new surface construction developments in the Hunt Midwest Business Center as well as Hunt Midwest’s newest multi-family developments in Johnson County, Kansas. Jeff has more than 17 years of construction experience, managing over $700 million in construction projects and over 100,000 square feet of mission critical projects.
